Ashok Ponnambalam

Ashok Ponnambalam

Ashok manages the strategic and operational functions for ATG. He works on selecting long term strategic relationships with our partner network and helps develop talent across ATG competencies and industries. Prior to founding ATG Ashok held several senior management consulting roles at Deloitte and IBM. Ashok graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington. Ashok lives in Southlake, Texas with his wife and 2 children.

Damen Bassett

Damen Bassett

Damen manages all ATG service delivery functions beginning with the sales process through execution and customer support. He is the primary liaison with clients, consulting teams and
senior client leadership. His teams are responsible for coordinating client activities and evaluating performance.
Damen has led many strategy, digital transformation and M&A engagements across multiple industries. Damen lives in Utah with his wife and youngest son.
